Call for Papers

Abstract book for accepted abstracts • Springer LNNS for peer-reviewed full papers

All accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract book and a copy will be supplied to participants on the day of the conference. Only peer-reviewed accepted full-length papers will be published in the Springer proceedings series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) (subject to acceptance and publisher policies). All submitted manuscripts will go through a plagiarism check before technical review.

Topics for MMCITRE2025 include, but are not limited to the following. Research papers in other fields having mathematical contents are also welcomed.

Deadlines & Notifications

Keep these dates in mind for submission and registration.

Submission Deadlines
  • Full paper submission: 30th October 2025
  • Abstract submission (presenter only): 30th October 2025
  • Note: For those submitting abstract only (no full paper).
Acceptance Notification
  • Full length paper acceptance: 5th November 2025
  • Abstract acceptance: 5th November 2025
Registration
  • Early registration till: 15th November 2025
  • Recommended to secure your participation early.

Submission Guidelines

  • Papers should be in English.
  • It is preferable for research papers to have a minimum length of 10 and not more than 12 pages.
  • Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review.
  • Similarity with previously published work should be less than 10%.

Publications

Conference Proceedings

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed and accepted papers will be published in a book of proceedings by Springer in its book series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS). The proceedings will be indexed in major databases including Web of Science and Scopus (as applicable).

Journal Publications (Post Conference)

Notes
  • Authors have to pay publication charges as per the journal policy (if applicable).
  • AI/ML in tribology and surface engineering papers will be encouraged for Industrial, Lubrication and Tribology (Emerald, Q3, SCIE/Scopus, IF-1.8) — No APC.

Call for Symposia

Propose a special session in your area of expertise

Symposium Template (PDF)

Persons interested in organizing symposia in their areas of expertise are invited to submit proposals in MS Word by email to mmcitare@gmail.com.

The proposal should include:

1) Title

Propose a title for the Symposia / Special Session.

2) Abstract

Brief abstract (≤ 200 words) describing focus and scope.

3) Organizers

List of organizers with affiliations and contact details.

Note
  • It is expected that the Symposia/ Special session organizers shall independently be able to arrange a minimum of six presentations.
  • One of the Symposia/ Special session organizer will get a 20% discount on the standard registration fee.
  • Certificates will be provided to all special session organizers.
